We are field operators. We build for field operators.
Robots are moving onto real properties, real sites, real jobs. The industry doesn’t have the standards, the service network, or the hardware channel ready for them — and the gap will show up first as a claim, an audit, or a courtroom. Wilder Robotics builds all three: the specification the industry needs, the trained field teams who keep machines running, and the deliberately-small catalog of the physical machines we deploy ourselves.
A trained field-service network for robot-ready spaces — deployment, calibration, and recovery. Someone to call when the machine stops making sense.
Book a site review Standards PaskAn open specification and open-source verifier for signed robot action records. AGPL-3.0. Reference implementation on GitHub.
Pask specification Hardware RobotsA curated shortlist of the machines we deploy on our own properties. Yarbo for grounds, Beatbot for water.
Deployed fleetStandards work happens in the open.

Robotkeepers field-service standards and the Robots vetting rubric are coming as we ship them. The specification is public first because it has to be — the rest gets published as it hardens on our own properties.
Wilder Robotics is the technology arm of Wilder Management Inc., a privately held real-estate operating company. The balance sheet runs on operating cash flow from the property business, which means Wilder Robotics is not venture-funded and does not have to be. Our technology is built to serve field operations first and become commercially available second — on the timeline the work actually requires, not on a fundraising clock.
Physical AI will need standards, service networks, and serviced hardware before it needs more robots. We build all three. We call them the boring parts.
Built by Rob Wilder, a career property operator.
