Privacy
Wilder Robotics collects only the information required to answer inquiries, quote service work, and operate the products we ship. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
What we collect
- Contact information you provide (name, email, phone, property address).
- Site-review details you share during a walk or in a message.
- Service records tied to units we deploy or maintain on your property.
- Standard web analytics necessary to operate this site.
What we do with it
- Respond to sales and service inquiries.
- Schedule and document field work performed by Robotkeepers.
- Improve our operations and materials.
What we do not do
- We do not sell customer information.
- We do not embed third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not train external AI models on your data without written consent.
Requests
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@wilder-robotics.com. We respond within thirty days.
Terms of service
These terms cover use of this website and any digital materials we publish. Separate written agreements govern hardware sales, service plans, and Pask specification licensing.
Site use
You may read, share, and reference this site freely. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, misrepresent yourself as Wilder Robotics, or scrape it at a volume that impairs service for other visitors.
Content ownership
Text and images on this site are © 2026 Wilder Management Inc. unless marked otherwise. The Pask specification, its conformance vectors, and related technical artifacts are published under separate open-source licenses, documented on GitHub.
No warranty on the site itself
This site is provided as-is. It is not a substitute for a written proposal, a service agreement, or a signed statement of work. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
Security disclosure
We welcome coordinated disclosure of security issues in this site, in the Pask specification, or in any published Wilder Robotics artifact.
How to report
Email security@wilder-robotics.com with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and the impact you observed. Encrypted mail is welcome; ask for our current PGP key.
What to expect
- Acknowledgement within seventy-two hours.
- A named point of contact until the issue is resolved.
- Public credit if you want it, and if you followed responsible-disclosure practice.
Scope
This program covers wilder-robotics.com and its subdomains, the Pask open specification repositories, and any technical materials we publish under the Wilder Robotics name. It does not cover third-party robots (Yarbo, Beatbot) — please report those to their manufacturers directly.
